Abbott seeks an experienced Business Unit Director/Manager to lead its Italian retail nutrition business with full P&L accountability. The role involves strategic oversight of marketing, sales, and demand generation across pharmacy, e-commerce, and modern retail channels, reporting to the Italian General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for nutrition retail business unit across all channels
- Lead marketing, trade marketing, sales, and demand generation teams toward goals
- Define and execute multi-year business strategy aligned with global priorities
- Develop omnichannel go-to-market strategy and manage pricing, portfolio, and promotions
- Negotiate strategically with national and international retail partners
Requirements
- 15+ years experience in pharma, consumer healthcare, nutrition, or related sectors
- 5+ years leading sales force teams
- Proven P&L leadership at divisional or business unit level
- Solid background in retail and out-of-pocket channels
- International or multinational company experience
- Fluent in Italian and English
Compensation: €95,000–€110,000 gross annual salary plus 25% target bonus
