We foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pSupport the Asset Rotation team across the full lifecycle of sell‑side transactions for renewable energy assets (solar, BESS), acting as a cross‑functional link between financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution. /p pThe role combines financial rigor with strong organizational and coordination skills, ensuring documentation completeness, alignment among internal and external stakeholders, and timely delivery of due diligence and competitive process materials, from document checks and VDR management to QA coordination, financial verifications and process execution support. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pb1) Due Diligence Coordination Document Management /b /p ul liCoordinate document checks and completeness verification across VDR workstreams. /li liVerify DD outputs and ensure alignment with process and counterparty requirements. /li liPrepare and maintain VDR structure, ensuring timely upload, organization and access control of materials. /li liCoordinate internal team members and external advisors (legal, technical, financial, tax) throughout the due diligence process. /li /ul pb2) QA and Stakeholder Coordination /b /p ul liCollect, track and coordinate responses to QA requests from counterparties and investors during due diligence. /li liLiaise with internal subject‑matter experts to ensure accurate and timely responses. /li liSupport resolution of open items and flag critical issues to the AR Manager. /li /ul pb3) Competitive Process Support /b /p ul liSupport preparation and review of teasers and marketing materials. /li liSupport preparation of process letters and instruction documents. /li liCollect and consolidate information required for competitive processes from internal teams. /li liCoordinate communication flows with financial/tax/legal advisors and investors across process phases. /li /ul pb4) Financial Reporting Support /b /p ul liSupport preparation of financial summaries, reporting materials and rendiconti for management and Investment Committee purposes. /li liContribute to maintaining audit‑ready files and complition documentation. /li liPrepare high quality presentations and materials for senior management. /li liBuild and maintain management dashboards and performance reports /li /ul pb5) Cross‑Functional Market Support /b /p ul liAct as a central coordination point across Development, Legal, Finance, EPC and external advisors during transactions. /li liMonitor market and regulatory developments relevant to ongoing processes. /li liSupport continuous improvement of due diligence and process‑management tools and templates. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li2–4 years of experience in MA, project finance, transaction advisory, or business analysis, ideally within energy, infrastructure or renewables. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously. /li liSolid understanding of financial concepts (financial guarantees, reporting, valuation fundamentals). /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation (VDR, QA trackers, process materials). /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable interfacing with external advisors and investors. /li liFluent English; Italian a strong plus. /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience with VDR platforms and due diligence management tools. /li liPrior exposure to competitive MA sale processes (teaser, process letter, QA management). /li liFamiliarity with renewable energy regulatory frameworks (GSE, ARERA, MASE, TICA, capacity market) and PPA/tolling/project finance concepts. /li liAdditional European languages. /li /ul pFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news /p pWe respect your personal data.
