You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through adoption, migration, and optimization of Microsoft Teams workloads, including enterprise voice scenarios. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and deliver remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on: ul liMicrosoft Teams (Chat, Meetings, Collaboration) /li liTeams Phone (Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Direct Routing) /li liTeams Rooms and meeting experiences (where applicable) /li /ul /li liDesign and implement modern collaboration and voice architectures, aligned with Microsoft best practices. /li liDrive Teams and voice modernization journeys, including: ul liMigration from Skype for Business or legacy PBX systems to Teams /li liTeams Phone readiness, design, and rollout /li liVoice integration scenarios (Direct Routing, Operator Connect) /li /ul /li liProvide technical leadership during assessment, design, deployment, and optimization phases. /li liAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for Teams and Teams Phone within Global Delivery. /li liCollaborate with other CSAs, partners, and field teams to ensure consistent and repeatable delivery at scale. /li liSupport operational readiness, service reliability, and governance best practices. /li liCapture and share technical patterns, best practices, and lessons learned within the CSA community. /li /ul h3Required Technical Skills /h3 ul liDeep hands‑on experience with: ul liMicrosoft Teams /li liTeams Phone /li /ul /li liStrong knowledge of: ul liTeams calling architecture and media flows /li liDirect Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans /li liTeams meetings, conferencing, and collaboration features /li /ul /li liExperience with: ul liMicrosoft 365 /li liMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) /li liIdentity‑based access and authentication models /li /ul /li liSolid understanding of hybrid and cloud‑native collaboration architectures. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with: ul liSkype for Business to Teams migrations /li liEnterprise voice and telephony environments /li liTeams Rooms and certified devices /li /ul /li liKnowledge of: ul liNetwork readiness and media optimization /li liSecurity, compliance, and governance for Teams workloads /li /ul /li liMicrosoft certifications related to: ul liMicrosoft Teams /li liMicrosoft 365 /li liCloud and Modern Work solutions (nice to have) /li /ul /li /ul h3Professional Skills /h3 ul liStrong customer‑facing and communication skills. /li liAbility to translate complex collaboration and voice scenarios into clear architectural guidance. /li liComfortable operating in a global delivery, remote‑first model. /li liProactive, structured, and outcome‑driven mindset. /li liAbility to work cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, partners, and engineering teams. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
