Quality Factory Engineer

SUMMARY OF ROLE

The Quality Engineer ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The role includes the management of non-conformities, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions using structured quality methodologies.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement quality standards and procedures.

• Define, maintain, and improve quality control systems and related documentation.

• Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution.

• Perform root cause analysis using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa).

• Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Support audits.

• Contribute to problem solving activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical diploma (mechanical, industrial, mechatronic or equivalent) or Degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).

• 2–3+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or similar roles.

• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.

• Experience in managing non-conformities and corrective actions.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
