As a key finance business partner, you will support Sales Marketing teams through financial planning, performance analysis, and actionable insights. You will work closely with Sales Marketing stakeholders, contribute to regional projects, and help shape a more efficient and data‑driven organization. /p h3About the Role /h3 pReporting to the Senior Sales Marketing Controller, you will oversee forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across the two markets, ensuring high‑quality financial support for both operational and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with local and regional teams to identify improvement opportunities, enhance controlling processes, and support major initiatives and digital transformation programs. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul libFinancial Closing Reporting: /b Support the monthly closing process by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information. Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing meaningful insights into performance, trends, variances, and key business drivers /li libPlanning Forecasting: /b Lead forecasting activities by delivering reliable financial outlooks, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending actions to support business objectives and improve financial performance /li libBusiness Partnering Commercial Support: /b Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Marketing, and cross‑functional stakeholders, providing data‑driven insights, profitability analysis, and recommendations to support commercial initiatives and business decision‑making /li libPerformance Management: /b Monitor financial and operational KPIs to evaluate business performance, enhance transparency, and identify opportunities to drive efficiency, value creation, and profitable growth /li libAudit, Governance Compliance: /b Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits while ensuring adherence to financial policies, reporting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements /li libContinuous Improvement Capability Building: /b Drive the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools, and ways of working while promoting financial awareness and sharing knowledge across the organization through training and stakeholder engagement /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field /li liProven experience of minimum 5 years in Controlling, Financial Planning Analysis, Commercial Finance or a similar finance role, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods or a multinational environment /li liStrong knowledge of financial controlling fundamentals, including forecasting, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, working capital and accounting principles /li liAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations /li liYou combine a strong sense of ownership with a pragmatic and can‑do attitude, enabling you to effectively manage challenges and deliver results in a changing environment /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP; experience with SAP 4/HANA and knowledge of Power BI are considered a plus /li liDemonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and support change management initiatives /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset /li liFluent in English and Italian, and excited about working in an international environment /li liYou demonstrate a collaborative mindset, take ownership, embrace challenges and build strong relationships across functions /li /ul h3What We Can Offer You /h3 pOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well‑being, provides meaning to everything we do.
