Mulesoft Developer

As a MuleSoft Developer at Technogym, you will drive our digital transformation by architecting and building API-led integrations that connect our global tech ecosystem. You’ll design robust APIs, implement data transformations, and ensure secure, scalable connectivity across systems and platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and measurable efficiency gains. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our data-driven development culture, offering exposure to cutting-edge integration tech and a meaningful impact on our global operations.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft integration solutions using Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime Manager, Design Center)
• Build APIs following API-led connectivity and RESTful design using RAML or OAS
• Develop complex DataWeave transformations for diverse data formats
• Implement integration patterns (routing, enrichment, orchestration, error handling)
• Create/maintain Mule applications for CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premise environments
• Define security policies (OAuth2.0, JWT, client ID, API throttling)
• Integrate with Salesforce, SAP, AWS, GCP, databases, file systems, messaging queues, third-party APIs
• Collaborate with architects/analysts to design scalable solutions
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot, ensure high availability, monitor and alert using Anypoint Monitoring
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, AWS CodePipeline)
• Document API specs, designs, and architecture for stakeholders
• Stay updated with MuleSoft releases and continuously improve solutions
• Support production deployments and incident resolution

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including API development and deployment
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong DataWeave skills for complex transformations
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and following best practices
• Understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and microservices
• Knowledge of RAML and/or OAS/Swagger, API lifecycle management
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JMS, AMQP, FTP/SFTP
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV
• Understanding API security concepts (OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS)
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
