Experteer Overview

In this leadership role, you will own IT security governance, oversee risk controls, and ensure regulatory compliance for ING Italy. You will lead SOX and ICT control testing, embed third-party cyber risk processes, and drive IT risk remediation across the entity. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to keep information risks identified, owned, and actioned, while building a high-performing risk governance team. • Govern information security governance and risk management across IT programs
• Coordinate SOX controls for IT and ICT control testing
• Lead third‑party cyber risk embedding into BAU
• Drive IT risk remediation with stakeholders and risk ownership
• Develop and manage information security audit and assurance programs
• Develop and manage information security training and awareness programs
• Set and monitor information security reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Proactively network with internal/external stakeholders to influence risk governance

Responsabilità

• Proven leadership in information security governance, risk and compliance
• Experience managing teams and cross‑organizational stakeholder relationships
• Track record in information security audit and assurance, including third‑party assessments
• Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences
• Master degree calibre with qualifications such as CISM, CISSP
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
• Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential matters
