- Professional experience of 4-5 years in client management, new business, business development or similar in an agency or consultancy environment
- Deep understanding of business and entrepreneurial topics
- High customer orientation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Fast thinker with quick comprehension and conceptual skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Build, nurture, and grow our client relationships
- Steer long-term growth with clients
- Act as the gatekeeper for client-agency interactions, providing clear and appropriate lines of communication, and managing expectations
- Help the internal team meet deadlines, stay on brief and on budget; structuring, guiding, and aligning local pitch teams
- Specifying local requirements for global initiatives
- Planning, developing and implementing New Business initiatives in alignment with overarching growth strategy
- Translating global initiatives into the needs and specialties of the local market
- Strategic evaluation and processing of customer inquiries
- Exchange with and report to management
- Conceptual development and continuous improvement of the new business approach and tools
- Coordination of multifunctional teams to execute new business processes
- Conceptualizing offers to meet the central need of the client
- Manage project scoping and planning, briefing, resourcing, forecasting, and invoicing
- Take responsibility for project billing each month, alongside finance
