In questo momento stiamo cercando uno/una HR Business Partner Operations In qualità di membro del team HR, rispondendo all’HR Director, l’HR Business Partner avrà il compito di supportare le funzioni Operations allineando strategie HR e obiettivi di business, migliorando performance e gestione delle persone. Sarà responsabile della gestione dei processi HR lungo l’intero ciclo di vita del dipendente per il perimetro assegnato. Il ruolo prevede l’applicazione delle normative vigenti e delle policy aziendali, contribuendo attivamente al loro miglioramento continuo. Responsabilità chiave Business partnering con i manager Operations Workforce planning e organizzazione Gestione relazioni industriali e normativa Talent management e performance Recruiting e onboarding Employee relations e clima organizzativo Requisiti principali Esperienza di 5 anni nel ruolo di HR Business Partner o come HR General in contesti industriali/operations all’interno di aziende modernamente strutturate; Conoscenza normativa del lavoro e relazioni sindacali; Forte orientamento al business; Capacità di influenzare e gestire stakeholder; Laurea in ambito Economico, umanistico o discipline affini; Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese; Completano il profilo la capacità di organizzazione, lo spirito di squadra, l’attenzione ai risultati, ottime doti di leadership, ascolto e mentoring; Buone doti di negoziazione, problem solving; La conoscenza del CCNL calzature industria e commercio costituisce un plus. La sede di lavoro è prevista a Corridonia (MC) con una modalità in presenza, è richiesta disponibilità ad effettuare eventuali trasferte Italia/estero. L’inserimento avverrà con un’assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato. Il range retributivo lordo indicativo si colloca tra i 40.000 e i 50.000 euro annui, in base all’esperienza maturata dal candidato. Completano l’offerta un pacchetto di benefit che include mensa aziendale.
