ERP & Finance Business Systems Manager - Corporate Internal Function

In questa posizione gestisci e fai evolvere le soluzioni ERP a supporto di Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con utenti di business, partner applicativi e IT, partecipando a analisi requisiti, definizione soluzioni e progetti ERP. Il ruolo è operativo con possibilità di affiancare il coordinamento di colleghi e fornitori nel tempo. Avrai l’opportunità di contribuire all’introduzione di soluzioni AI per automazione e trasformazione, allineando le funzioni business agli obiettivi di innovazione della company.

Responsabilità
- Raccogliere e analizzare requisiti delle funzioni Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo
- Tradurre esigenze di business in specifiche funzionali per fornitori e team di sviluppo
- Partecipare a progetti ERP di implementazione ed evoluzione, gestendo attività operative
- Coordinare team interno, system integrator e fornitori esterni
- Supportare configurazione delle soluzioni e definizione dei processi target
- Predisporre ed eseguire test funzionali e supportare User Acceptance Test
- Gestire anomalie applicative e richieste evolutive
- Collaborare con gli utenti AFC per migliorare i processi
- Partecipare all’introduzione di soluzioni basate su AI e automazione delle attività
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza 5-6 anni in progetti di implementazione ERP in contesti Enterprise
- Solido background tecnico-funzionale su sistemi ERP
- Esperienza nel coordinamento operativo di risorse interne e fornitori esterni
- Conoscenza approfondita di Contabilità Generale, Ciclo Passivo, Ciclo Attivo, Tesoreria, Bilancio e Reporting, Pianificazione e Controllo di Gestione
- Esperienza in supporto ad Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo in grandi aziende
- Esperienza nell’applicazione di soluzioni agentiche e tecnologie di Intelligenza Artificiale
- Esperienza in progetti di migrazione ERP Enterprise SAP / Oracle / Microsoft
- Esperienza in programmi di trasformazione digitale e ottimizzazione dei processi
- Ottime capacità analitiche, problem solving e gestione delle priorità
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di collaborazione con utenti e fornitori
