Here’s what your day-to‑day will look like: /p ul lipbContribute to the Story Lifecycle: /b Work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, and release robust product stories, taking responsibility for your features from local development to production. /p /li lipbAccelerate Activation Trust: /b Build and optimize the high-reliability systems behind onboarding, document verification, and security flows, ensuring users can start transacting safely within minutes. /p /li lipbDrive Engagement Discovery: /b Enhance the app experience by developing core backend services for shop discovery, transaction management, and personalized consumer journeys through CRM integrations. /p /li lipbScale Loyalty Monetization: /b Contribute to our "Plus" subscription plans, referral programs, and loyalty mechanics (points and rewards), building the technical foundation for long-term user retention. /p /li lipbMaster a Modern Tech Stack: /b Take ownership of our AWS-based infrastructure (EC2/ECS, S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and participate in architectural improvements across our growth-focused microservices. /p /li lipbWork in an AI-Powered Environment: /b Leverage AI tools daily to write and optimize code, speed up root cause analysis, and generate documentation, raising the bar for engineering efficiency. /p /li lipbEnsure Quality and Stability: /b Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and assist the team in incident resolution and root cause analysis to maintain high system health. /p /li lipbCollaborate Document: /b Write clear technical documentation for your features and sync with Product and Stakeholders to keep your work aligned with the team roadmap. /p /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 pWe are looking for a dynamic problem‑solver who is excited about scaling a user base and building seamless digital experiences. Does this sound like you? /p ul lipbExperience: /b You have at least 1 year of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices in fast‑paced environments. /p /li lipbTechnical Foundations: /b Solid expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with a good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud environments. If you’re also passionate about or have hands‑on experience building GenAI‑driven features, such as backend services using LLMs, orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, or AWS cloud services like Amazon Bedrock, that’s considered a value‑add. /p /li lipbGrowth Mindset: /b You care about performance and user experience.
