And that’s where you come in. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liPrepare System Requirements Specifications (SyRS) for electrical components /li liAnalyze and assess technical documentation from Suppliers /li liPrepare and verify electrical system installation/integration drawings/specifications (including material selection, electromagnetic/thermal analysis, etc.) /li liPerform simulations to optimize electrical systems performance and energy efficiency /li liConduct design reviews (both internal and with suppliers) for the assigned work package, under the supervision of relevant Engineering Managers and Project Engineers /li liAttend at system stand-alone type test and review type test reports /li liSupport manufacturing, testing and validation phases /li liReview design documentation with customers and suppliers /li liPrepare electrical schematics, collaborating with mechanical design teams to ensure seamless electromechanical integration /li liPrepare Bill of Materials (BoM) of electrical schematics /li liEnsure compliance with input requirements, international railway regulations and standards and project constraints (time, cost, quality) /li liPrepare the documentation required for vehicle approval and support the homologation phase /li /ul h3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liExperience (3-5 years) in the Railway sector or in complex industrial environments /li liGood knowledge of main railway regulations and standards /li liGood knowledge of IBM DOORS requirements management tool /li liGood knowledge of engineering processes and railway operations /li liKnowledge of traction systems and power converters /li liKnowledge of RAMS principles and processes /li liGood knowledge of electrotechnics and electronics disciplines /li liGood knowledge of design verification and validation methodologies /li liGood knowledge of electrical CAD tools (E3 preferred) /li liGood knowledge of electrical components (relays, circuit breakers, cables, connectors, etc.) /li liGood knowledge of electrical schematics design /li liGood knowledge of electrical machine design principles /li liGood knowledge of electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g., Ansys Maxwell, Motor-CAD). /li liGood knowledge of thermal and electromagnetic analysis /li liGood knowledge of office automation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) /li liAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, international and multicultural environment /li liStrong planning and organizational skills, alongside team-working and problem-solving mindset /li liAbility to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including suppliers, partners, customers) /li liAbility to work within project teams under minimum supervision /li liAvailability for occasional short-term national and international business trips /li /ul h3Desired Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liFast learner with strong willingness to stay up to date with technological developments /li liGood business acumen combined with solid technical skills /li liGood communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 pMaster's Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics disciplines preferred). /p h3Languages /h3 pKnowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level). /p pbAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale. /b /p pProponiamo una retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 36.000 € e 46.000 € /p h3Equality and Diversity /h3 pAt Hitachi Rail, there is a place for everyone. /p pWe welcome and value differences in background, age, gender, sexuality, family status, disability, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, and world view.
