Controlling Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will support monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow planning within the Controlling team. You act as a business partner to internal stakeholders, helping to maintain controlling structures and deliver insights for HQ and local management. The position offers exposure to a global automotive and technology environment with development opportunities. You will contribute to value creation through precise financial planning and analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Retribuzione / Benefits

• Pay range: 28.000-35.000
• Location: Momo (NO) - Italy
• Occasional business trips to Milan

Responsabilità

• Support monthly closing activities in CO
• Prepare monthly reporting activities
• Assist in budget process implementation and related reporting
• Support Free Cash Flow planning
• Maintain structure of controlling objects (cost centers, projects, etc.)
• Perform ad hoc analyses for HQ, Finance and local management
• Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

• Knowledge of financial mathematics, variance analysis and cost planning methods
• Experience with controlling IT systems and tools
• Strong IT skills, especially MS Office and Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of accounting principles
