ppIn this role you will lead and develop the Marketing Agronomy team in Italy, driving strategic marketing initiatives to support profitable growth. You will partner with commercial, technical and regional teams to bring new products to market and align local activities with the broader growth strategy. You’ll shape campaigns, identify market needs, and build strong relationships with customers and external partners.
