We are looking for someone who knows how to read it — and challenge it! /b /ppWe are looking for an bHR Cost Controller /b to join our international team. /ppbr/ppReporting to the Group Compensation Benefit Manager, byou will work across countries, Finance and HR teams to understand /b bwhat is really behind labor cost movements /b — building cost bridges, challenging assumptions, analyzing variances and turning complex data into a clear business story. /ppbr/ppbScope of the Role /b /ppbr/ppThe HR Cost Controller owns the Group labor cost controlling process, ensuring accurate monitoring of personnel expenses worldwide and suggests corrective actions. /ppbr/ppbMain Activities /b /ppbr/pulliMonitors and analyzes global headcount and cost evolution /liliValidates new HC requests from countries /liliAnalyzes labor cost forecasts, budgets, and periodic reforecasts in collaboration with Finance and local HR teams. /liliAnalyzes deviations between actual labor costs and budget, FCST, YTD, month on month, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions together with the Regional HR Director /lilibLeads monthly calls with the countries to review and deep-dive into labor cost bridges, challenging key assumptions, explaining main variances and ensuring a clear understanding of the drivers behind cost movements. /b /lilibConsolidates and prepares labor cost bridges and supporting analyses, translating country-level data into clear and actionable insights for Group management. /b /liliMonitors HR costs KPIs as Direct employees per volumes, labour cost on net sales, direct vs SGA etc /liliProduces regular executive report to explain gaps for each monthly BRM /liliAnalyzes MBO accruals and releases. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills/Experience Required /b /ppbr/pullib5–7 years of professional experience /b in HR Controlling, Financial Controlling, Management Control, FPA or a related function, preferably in a bmultinational and/or industrial environment /b. /liliSolid experience in bpersonnel cost controlling /b, including headcount monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting. /liliStrong analytical skills and ability to bidentify cost drivers, investigate variances and provide clear, actionable insights /b to management. /liliGood understanding of blabor cost components /b, including salaries, bonuses, incentives, employer contributions and organizational changes. /liliExperience working in a bmatrix and international environment /b, with strong collaboration skills across HR, Finance and local entities. /liliAdvanced bMicrosoft Excel /b skills; experience with bPower BI and/or SAP /b is considered a plus. /liliStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and a bproactive, hands-on approach /b. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial and HR data clearly to different levels of management. /lilibFluent English /b, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr/ppbEducation /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline. /li /ulpbr/ppbEmployment Terms Compensation /b /pullibCCNL /b: Gomma-Plastica /lilibPermanent employment contract /b /lilibLevel: A /b /lilibGross Annual Salary (RAL): €50,000–€55,000 /b, to be determined based on professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and overall suitability for the role. /lilibWork location: /b Guala Closures Headquarters, Via Giulio Richard 3/A, 20143 Milan, Italy. /li /ulpbr/ppbGuala Closures /b is proud to be an bequal opportunity employer /b.
