Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /ph3Position Context Mission /h3pAs part of Campari Group’s Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in shaping the future of Demand SOP across the organization. /ppThe Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand SOP acts as the capability owner of global demand planning and SOP standards, driving the design, governance, and adoption of a best-in-class, AI-enabled planning operating model. /ppThis role is accountable for ensuring consistent global standards, scalable processes, and strong adoption across regions, acting as a key enabler of the company’s planning transformation and decision-making agility. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGlobal Standards Governance /liliDefine and continuously improve global Demand SOP processes, models, governance, and KPIs /liliDesign and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand-offs /liliEnsure end-to-end consistency across regions, minimizing local deviations and exceptions /liliAct as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks /liliSOP / IBP Process Excellence /liliLead the standardization and maturity evolution of SOP / IBP processes globally /liliDefine and deploy global process frameworks, including FVA (Forecast Value Added) and maturity models /liliConduct regular process maturity assessments, identifying gaps and driving improvement roadmaps /liliPartner with regions to ensure effective adoption and execution of planning cycles /liliPlanning Transformation Digital Enablement /liliDrive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and new system capabilities /liliPartner with IT to:ulliDefine capability roadmaps and adoption plans /liliManage releases and prioritize enhancements /liliLead UAT and ensure alignment with global standards /li /ul /liliContribute to AI-enabled planning capabilities, including agent-based solutions (forecast sensing, scenarios, data quality monitoring) /liliCapability Building Community Development /liliDefine the planning capability framework and competency model /liliAssess capability gaps and drive upskilling programs and learning journeys /liliBuild and nurture a global planning community, promoting best practice sharing /liliEnable planners to adopt data-driven and AI-supported decision making /liliChange Management Adoption /liliAct as a change leader, driving adoption of global standards across regions /liliCoach and influence regional stakeholders without direct authority /liliEnsure proper training, communication, and documentation for all process and tool changes /liliBalance global consistency with business needs, avoiding fragmentation /liliCross-functional Integration /liliAct as global point of contact for planning in enterprise transformation initiatives /liliEnsure integration of Demand SOP with Supply, Finance, Commercial, and Innovation processes /liliCollaborate with:ulliRegional Planning CoEs and teams /liliGlobal Supply Chain other CoEs /liliIT Business Partners and HR /li /ul /li /ulh3Experience Background /h3ulli8-10 years in Planning and SOP roles, with increasing responsibility /liliProven experience in global or regional planning leadership and transformation programs (IBP) /liliExperience in process design, standardization, and operating model definition /liliExposure to multinational FMCG / CPG environments, multi-region and multi-category: comfortable to navigate a matric environment /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain. /li /ulh3Functional Technical Capabilities /h3ulliKnowledge of data models, KPIs, and planning performance frameworks /liliExperience with planning tools (SAP IBP preferred) /liliFamiliarity with AI/advanced analytics in planning is a strong plus /liliProject and program management skills /li /ulh3Soft Skills /h3ulliStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills /liliExcellent communication and facilitation abilities /liliAnalytical and structured mindset /liliChange management and transformation leadership /liliAbility to operate in complex, matrix global environments /li /ulh3Core Behaviors expected after onboarding: /h3ulliDesigns governance frameworks and challenges deviations /liliScales what works and promotes best practices /liliCoaches regions and fosters ownership /liliPromotes discipline in processes and data /li /ulh3Compensation And Grading /h3pThe indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 70 000 -
