If you're driven by bold ideas and a customer-centric mentality, your next adventure starts here! /ppstrongRole Summary /strong /ppBoard is looking for a strongRFx Proposal Manager /strong to lead the development of high-quality, strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and security/compliance questionnaires. /ppThis role plays a critical part in supporting enterprise sales pursuits by managing the end-to-end proposal process and ensuring that responses clearly articulate Board’s differentiated value as a unified platform for financial and operational planning. /ppThe RFx Proposal Manager partners closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Finance, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to coordinate complex proposal responses, develop compelling messaging, and ensure submissions are compliant, accurate, and aligned with deal strategy. /ppThe ideal candidate combines strong proposal management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset, while leveraging AI-enabled tools and proposal automation technologies to improve proposal efficiency, quality, and consistency. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead the end-to-end development of RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for enterprise software opportunities. /liliAnalyze solicitation documents to identify technical, functional, security, and commercial requirements. /liliDevelop proposal plans, compliance matrices, timelines, and SME assignments. /liliCoordinate cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure timely completion of proposal components. /liliEnsure all submissions are accurate, compliant, compelling, and delivered on schedule. /li /ulp2. Proposal Content Knowledge Management (AI-enabled) /pulliDevelop and maintain a centralized proposal knowledge library to improve response consistency and reuse. /liliImplement and manage AI-enabled tools for proposal content discovery, tagging, and reuse. /liliMaintain governance of proposal content, including metadata, version control, and content accuracy. /liliLeverage AI-assisted drafting and summarization tools to improve response development efficiency. /liliAnalyze proposal trends and feedback to continuously improve proposal assets and templates. /li /ulp4. Cross-Functional Collaboration /pulliPartner with Sales teams to understand deal strategy and competitive positioning. /liliWork with Pre-Sales and Solutions Consulting to validate solution design and technical responses. /liliCollaborate with Legal, Security, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure responses meet regulatory and contractual requirements. /liliCoordinate executive involvement in strategic pursuits where appropriate. /li /ulp5.
