Compliance Risk Advisory Associate Consultant

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in risk management consulting?

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Compliance Risk Advisory team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme . This role will be based in  Milan for a hybrid role.

Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of  Marsh Risk , a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, human capital, and investments ( Oliver Wyman, Guy Carpenter, Mercer ).

We will count on you to:

• Analysis of business processes through risk assessment activities, in order to evaluate internal control systems and identify measures aimed at mitigating the gaps identified.

• Implementation and strategic strengthening of policies and procedures within the Internal Control System.

• Support on projects related to Third Party Risk Management.

• Implementation of Compliance Models and support to Supervisory Bodies (pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, Law 262/05, etc.).

• Definition and review of anti-corruption models (Law 190/12 and ISO 37001).

• Internal Audit activities, both operational and compliance.

• Data Protection Compliance, based on a thorough knowledge of the GDPR.

• Support in the implementation of anti-fraud frameworks.

What you need to have:

• University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).

• Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English

• IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)

What we offer:

• Tailored career progression : The programme starts with a 6-month internship (monthly compensation: €800) and €8 meal vouchers per working day, smart working policy and well-being initiatives. At the end of the 6-month internship, based on the tutors' evaluation, the internship can proceed through an apprenticeship contract offering a starting gross annual salary of €28.000. The National Collective Bargaining Agreement (NCBA) applied is 'Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi’.
