Area Europe FSQ Packaging Auditor

Overview

As Area Europe FSQ Packaging Auditor, you support qualification, auditing and continuous monitoring of packaging suppliers across Europe to ensure alignment with Ferrero's Food Safety & Quality standards. You will collaborate with Procurement, Packaging SMEs and stakeholders to assess supplier capabilities, approve suppliers and strengthen the packaging supply base via risk-based methods. You drive audit governance, monitor performance and lead CAPA follow-ups to close compliance gaps. This role operates in a dynamic international setting and offers impact on supplier performance, risk management and continuous improvement of the packaging FSQ program. Responsabilità

• Qualify and assess packaging suppliers across Europe for compliance with Ferrero FSQ standards
• Coordinate supplier audits and inspections, manage audit plans
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and quality management systems, support approvals
• Monitor audit outcomes, identify improvements, and drive CAPA actions
• Analyze audit results and KPIs to inform risk management and decision making
• Prepare dashboards and reports on supplier performance and FSQ trends
• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of the Packaging FSQ audit program
• Serve as a reference for audit methodologies, tools, checklists and risk models

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master in Food Science
• Experience in Food Safety & Quality, ideally in supplier quality management, auditing or quality systems
• Understanding of supplier qualification processes, quality management systems and audit methodologies
• Ability to work with suppliers and cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Analytical mindset to interpret indicators and drive improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally
