Head of Technical Partner Management (South-Eastern Europe)

Overview

In this role you lead TrendAI's South-Eastern Europe Technical Partner Management, building and scaling a high-performing team that drives partner success and measurable revenue through proactive technical engagement. You set the regional vision, govern the operating model, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align with Europe-wide strategy. You'll influence partner programs, executive engagements, and regional governance to deliver impact for partners and TrendAI. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at the intersection of technology and channel growth.

Responsabilità

• Own the South-Eastern partner engagement operating model end-to-end, ensuring technical ownership and outcomes from onboarding to renewal
• Lead and coach the regional team to deliver performance through development plans and feedback
• Identify and close performance gaps via targeted enablement and coaching
• Balance regional coverage with cross-regional initiatives for maximum impact
• Ensure each partner has a dedicated TPM with clear accountability and cadence
• Track partner engagement quality and act on satisfaction metrics and feedback
• Lead or co-lead executive engagements with high-value partners
• Champion renewal readiness and partner technical satisfaction as key outcomes
• Collaborate with North-Western TPM leadership to align Europe-wide strategies
• Coordinate with Channel, Services, Solutions, and Product leadership to align with broader revenue targets
• Represent the South-Eastern region in governance and planning forums
• Recruit, onboard, and integrate new TPMs as the team scales
• Design region-specific training and development plans with specialist teams
• Develop specialist capabilities aligned to partner portfolio needs
• Establish peer-learning and knowledge-sharing across the business unit

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years in technical partner management, channel engineering, solution architecture, or equivalent leadership
• Direct people management experience with mentoring and performance management
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Network, SIEM, threat intelligence)
• Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills
