THE MISSION: WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing support on corporate law and commercial contracts by assisting with the drafting and review of agreements.
• Conducting legal research on various topics to support the team’s strategic decisions.
• Assisting in the management of data privacy matters, ensuring compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
• Collaborating with different business functions to provide legal guidance and support on their projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• A current Master’s degree student in Law, with a preference for a focus on corporate law.
• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• An excellent communicator, able to work effectively within a team.
• Proactive and organized, with a foundational understanding of project management principles.
