Visionaries like you work on teams that save lives by developing the medicines of tomorrow. /ppJoin us in developing treatments, finding cures, and pioneering the path from lab to life while championing patients every step of the way. /ppLearn more at /ppWe are searching for the best talent for Manufacturing Supervisor - New Product Introduction to be in Borgo San Michele - Latina. /ph3Purpose: /h3pFor our pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Latina (Italy), we are looking for a MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR (PG 25) to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT within the Operations Department (manufacturing area). /ppThe Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for the operational execution of: /pulliNPIs production on both batch mode and continuous manufacturing /liliCommercial production of Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC /li /ulpThe role provides leadership as direct responsible of a group of operators, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution of manufacturing activities while supporting the site's innovation pipeline, technology transfers and future commercial readiness initiatives. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved according to business priorities and timelines. /ppThis is an on-site position reporting directly to the Operations Manager. /ppAs a Manufacturing Supervisor - New Product Introduction, you will: /pulliLead and supervise NPI manufacturing activities across Batch Mode, Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC area, ensuring successful execution of validation activities/technical transfer and commercial readiness of manufacturing campaigns; /liliCoordinate resources, schedules and operational priorities to guarantee project timelines while avoiding any impact on commercial production, in cooperation with the other areas supervisors; /liliDrive operational readiness activities for Continuous Manufacturing and ESTC (Enterprise Technology Center); /liliSupport implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement initiatives; /liliLead, coach and develop a team of operators through effective performance management and development planning; /liliPromote a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, engagement and continuous learning collaborating with the MPS and other areas supervisors; /liliIncrease technical capabilities and polyvalence within the organization to support evolving business needs; /liliPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, alignment and project execution; /liliManage quotation process of new product introductions for manufacturing, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive cost estimates aligned with business and operational requirements. /li /ulh3Qualifications / Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology or another relevant scientific or technical discipline; /liliRelevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated environment and familiarity with ICH guidelines and ISO standards; /liliSolid knowledge of manufacturing process Demonstrated ability to lead through change and act as a change agent Strong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management skills; /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; /liliExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders and matrix organizations; /liliStrong communication, networking, influencing skills and positive attitude; /liliDemonstrated business acumen and understanding of operational performance drivers; /liliFluent English (written and spoken). /li /ulh3Preferred: /h3ulliExperience or knowledge of Continuous Manufacturing technology is a plus; /liliExperience in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and Kaizen methodologies; /liliExposure to digital manufacturing systems and advanced manufacturing technologies. /li /ulpA /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
