Job Summary
He/she will lead and own the procurement and contractual process for the assigned portfolio of Information & Communication Technology Vendors. The successful candidate will drive the procurement process—including RFI, RFQ, and RFP—for the supply of Hardware, Software, and Professional Services related to Information Technology projects and programmes. Additionally, the role includes drafting contractual agreements and assisting the business with contract management.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate RFP/RFQ processes and sourcing activities.
Manage executive‑level relationships with key suppliers.
Handle complex relationships and negotiations with strategic vendors.
Collaborate with IT teams to define technical requirements.
Work closely with finance and legal to support contracting and renewals.
Implement procurement governance and processes.
Manage SLAs, contractual clauses, and commercial terms.
Monitor KPIs—savings, cost avoidance, vendor performance.
Analyze market trends and pricing benchmarks. Skills and Experience 4+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing.
Experience in complex negotiations—SaaS, cloud, licensing.
Understanding of IT purchasing models—cloud, subscriptions, enterprise software.
Analytical and negotiation capabilities. Additional Requirements Experience working with global vendors.
Experience in specific categories—e.g., cloud or cyber.
Experience in tech companies or consulting.
Legal background.
Familiarity with procurement or spend analysis tools. Employer
