Customer Excellence Manager - Italian market

As our new Customer Excellence Manager, you will work hands-on with our customers to support their success on our platform through strong relationships, practical guidance, and close collaboration with internal teams.

In this role you will…

• Support and develop a portfolio of customers in the market, building strong, long-term relationships

• Act as an advisor for the BIMobject platform, managing customer expectations, experience and value realisation as well as drive adoption and optimal use of the platform’s tools through guidance, insights and follow ups

• Co-create customer marketing content such as case studies, campaigns and success stories

• Proactively collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure customer success

• Contribute to building scalable, repeatable ways of working and customer plays that enable us to support customers efficiently at scale

• Play a key role in driving customer retention, engagement and long-term value

We believe that you …

• Are native in Italian and fully proficient in English

• Have experience in customer success, account management or similar customer-facing roles

• Communicate confidently and clearly with customers and internal stakeholders

• Are structured, solution-oriented and comfortable prioritizing independently

• Have a customer-centric mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and enjoy daily interaction with customers while taking ownership of their journey

• Enjoy working in a collaborative, international team while owning your responsibilities

• Thrive in a technical and data driven environment

Extra awesome (or for you to learn)

• Experience working with at-scale customer support and engagement

• Experience in or around the construction industry

• Interest or experience in marketing

• Speak any additional languages - such as Nordic languages, French, German or Spanish

This position is remote and you can be based anywhere in Italy.
