About this vacancy

• Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
• Process and track anomalies in company database
• Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
• Participate actively in technical project meetings
• Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
• Ensure the application of company methodologies for problem analysis and resolution.

What we expect from you

• MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering
• Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials
• Capability to prepare presentations and technical reports
• Fluency in Italian and English
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Availability for occasional short business trips.

What you can expect from us


The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary - RAL will be no less than €36.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
