Overview
In questo ruolo di AI Engineer, progetti soluzioni ML scalabili da mettere in produzione nell'ecosistema Google Cloud, garantendo performance, sicurezza e governabilità. Lavori a stretto contatto con architetti dati, data scientist e data engineer per fornire piattaforme ML e pratiche di osservabilità e governance. Contribuisci a sviluppare strumenti e linee guida per architetture dati e AI, facilitando l'adozione di soluzioni AI nei processi aziendali. L'opportunità è ideale per chi ama risolvere problemi complessi con tecnologie all'avanguardia all'interno di un team multi-disciplinare e orientato all'impatto.

Responsabilità
- Progettare soluzioni ML scalabili e industrializzarle per l'esecuzione in produzione
- Garantire prestazioni, sicurezza e governabilità delle soluzioni
- Lavorare con Cloud Data Architects, Data Scientists e Data Engineers per realizzare soluzioni di alta qualità
- Sviluppare e guidare l'adozione di strumenti MLOps e piattaforme di osservabilità dell'AI
- Fornire linee guida e best practice sull'architettura dati e di AI
- Supportare l'implementazione software e le infrastrutture necessarie per le soluzioni AI
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni nello sviluppo software in almeno un linguaggio (Python, Scala, Java)
- Esperienza sull'utilizzo della piattaforma Google Cloud
- Esperienza nel disegno di soluzioni software e implementazione di strutture dati e algoritmi
- Esperienza con Code Repository e CI/CD
- Conoscenza di ML, Generative AI e relativi concetti
- Esperienza con SQL per design, query e attività ETL
- Esperienza nel coordinamento e crescita di team di progetto, pre-sales e delivery
- Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese professionale
- Collaborazione e lavoro in team cross-funzionali
- Comunicazione chiara e orientata al risultato
- Leadership e capacità di coordinamento
