The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from technical to managerial of a work package. The position is based in Naples, Italy. /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liDesign and Execution of laboratory tests on a simulated and real environment /li liAnalysis and Verification of Railway Signaling On‑Board Subsystem (requirement analysis, static analysis, software analysis, troubleshooting analysis) /li liSupport the team of Testing and Validation in the definition, organization and execution of the activities relevant for signalling projects /li liSupport the Signaling Validation activities /li liConduct all testing and validation activities in full compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, project schedule, test procedures, quality, safety and environmental objectives according to the CENELEC standards /li liCreation and Drafting of technical documentation, reports and other VV evidence /li liEnsure the optimization of documentation and software configuration for testing environment of the laboratories /li liPerform troubleshooting, identification and resolution of system and subsystem issues /li liGuarantee the delivery and deployment of the On‑Board Subsystem in cooperation with the other Design, Development, RAMS, Engineering teams as well the other relevant stakeholders /li liSupport the Operation Maintenance people after the delivery. /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liAttention to details and accuracy /li liStrong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration /li liPlanning, organisation and prioritisation /li liAccountability and results orientation /li liAbility to perform effectively under pressure /li liProactive and continuous‑improvement mindset /li liClear and concise technical reporting /li /ul h3Required Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liSoftware development and programming languages (at least one among C, C++, C#, Java, Python, ADA, etc.) /li liGood Knowledge of HW and SW systems /li liStructural Analysis /li liProblem solving and critical thinking skills with possible experience in validation /li liHave a strong orientation to work in multi‑cultural and/or international environments /li liAdaptability and flexibility in working in a project/functional matrix organization /li liEffective written and verbal communication /li /ul h3Desired Skills / Knowledge /h3 ul liERTMS or other basic railway signalling knowledge (as a plus) /li liExperience and knowledge of implementation engineering processes covering testing and validation /li /ul h3Education / Qualifications /h3 pMaster's Degree (Engineering) or equivalent in Electronic, Telecommunication, Informatic, Computer Science or Information Technology. /p h3Language /h3 pFluent in Italian and English. /p h3Salary Benefits /h3 pAlla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B2 , ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale.
