Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assisting customers in navigating the boutique and discovering products.
• Providing detailed information about products, materials, and brand history.
• Managing sales transactions with precision and efficiency.
• Maintaining the order and elegant display of the boutique.
• Assisting with inventory management and merchandise replenishment.
• Recognizing repeat guests and VIPs, offering personalized service.
• Contributing to creating an inviting atmosphere and a memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Boutique Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A confident, proactive, and courteous personality with a strong client focus.
• Fluent in Italian and English. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays.
