Senior HR Administrator, with Italian and French

Milan, Italy

The PTC People Solutions organization consists of 4 regional People Solutions Teams (Americas, EMEA, India, and APAC) that provide both full‑scope front line leader and employee support within their assigned region, and a globally integrated level of support across all regions as needed.

Reporting to the Regional People Solutions Manager, the Senior HR Administrator will carry out assigned processes and programs, working with senior People Solutions team members and HR Business Partners to support all stages of the employee lifecycle.

The EMEA Region People Solutions team directly supports 1,700 employees and indirectly supports ~7,500 global PTC employees in conjunction with the other regional People Solutions teams. The Sr. HR Administrator is an integral part of the People Solutions organization, serving as an action‑oriented coordinator across a defined range of employee‑related HR services and matters.

• Manager and support daily people related matters
• Employee Onboarding/Offboarding Coordination & Support
• Employee File/Record Entries & Uploads
• Verifications of Employment
• Employee Case Management Triaging
• Employment Document Distribution & Collection
• Manage all health and safety matters
• Confirmation & Clarification of Various Records, Enrollments, and Opportunities
• Knowledge Guide & HR Policy Distribution
• Education and execution of compliance related matters
• Support of Various Low‑Complexity & High‑Volume Activities as Needed
• Daily Interaction with HR Systems (primarily Workday & ServiceNow)

Required Skills & Experience

Ideally, you will have the following Skills/Experience

• 2‑4 Years in an HR Generalist Role
• Some College Level Coursework in HR, Business Administration, or Related Field
• Ability to Learn New Systems, Processes, and Policies with Limited Training
• Hands‑on Exposure to Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Mandatory: Fluency in English, French and Italian.
