Overview
In questa funzione ti occuperai di definire e attuare la strategia di approvvigionamento per la categoria servizi professionali, con focus su competenze tecnologiche. Collaborerai con la Direzione Amministrazione, Finanza, Controllo e Procurement per allineare gli obiettivi di gruppo e garantire conformità a policy e normative. Supporterai il sourcing, la contrattualistica e l'implementazione di strumenti digitali e AI per migliorare processi e performance. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con fornitori chiave e stakeholder interni, guidando innovazione, gestione del rischio e creazione di valore. Responsabilità
- Definire e implementare la strategia di approvvigionamento per servizi professionali, assicurando allineamento agli obiettivi del Gruppo e conformità alle policy
- Promuovere miglioramento continuo e best practice in procurement, includendo strumenti digitali e intelligenza artificiale
- Gestire sourcing e contracting per la categoria, includendo analisi di mercato, selezione fornitori, negoziazione e gestione contrattuale
- Sviluppare relazioni con fornitori chiave e stakeholder interni, garantendo comunicazione efficace e monitoraggio delle performance
- Identificare opportunità di creazione di valore e innovazione tramite analisi dati, benchmark di mercato e insight competitivi
- Monitorare rischi e opportunità della categoria e definire piani di mitigazione
Requisiti fondamentali
- Consolidata esperienza in procurement con focus su sourcing e servizi professionali, preferibilmente in contesti in trasformazione
- Ottime capacità negoziali e relazionali, attitudine al networking
- Track record di risultati in acquisti (saving, creazione di valore, innovazione)
- Esperienza in contesti strutturati, preferibilmente IT o servizi ad alto contenuto tecnologico
- Esperienza in gestione di categorie di servizi professionali o background come Delivery Manager in società di consulenza
- Forte orientamento ai dati e capacità di analisi (spend, KPI, performance fornitori)
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritto e parlato
- Sensibilità a temi di compliance e governance
