We operate at pace and at scale, managing high-volume hiring funnels across multiple markets, working closely with sales leaders, sourcers, and trainers to hit ambitious onboarding targets every month. This role is a real opportunity to own a full recruitment funnel across a market that matters, with direct visibility into how your work translates into business impact. /ppMilan, office-first | People /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliManage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for Field Sales across Italy, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding /liliConduct structured candidate screening calls and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently hit monthly onboarding targets /liliReview funnel data regularly to spot drop-off points and adjust sourcing or outreach strategies accordingly /liliCollaborate with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns, and keep job ads fresh and visible across platforms /liliShare market insights and contribute to team knowledge-sharing to improve overall hiring performance /li /ulh3You'll be great for this role if… /h3ulliExperience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced or sales-driven environment. /liliStrong ability to engage and sell to candidates, with the follow-up discipline to drive pipeline to close. /liliComfortable working with ATS tools (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms, with solid Boolean and outbound search skills. /liliFluency in both English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills. /liliA results-oriented mindset with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-tempo, target-driven environment. /li /ulpSalary range: €30,880 to €41,173 /ph3Why you should join SumUp /h3ulliOpportunity to work with a truly global, multicultural team from our inspiring Milan location.
