Overview
In questa posizione sei responsabile di guidare l'architettura e la roadmap delle Data Platform enterprise, integrando Data Lakehouse e architetture Data Mesh in ambienti multi-cloud. Lavori in un team multidisciplinare per tradurre requisiti complessi in infrastrutture dati ad alte prestazioni e supportare casi d'uso AI-native. Hai un ruolo di lead tecnico e di mentorship, contribuendo a innovazione continua e best practice. Un'opportunità di crescere in un contesto internazionale con forte value creation.

Responsabilità
- Definire la strategia architetturale e la roadmap di Data Platform multi-cloud e Data Mesh
- Progettare pipeline dati batch e real-time con Spark, Databricks, Flink e Kafka, garantendo prestazioni, resilienza e cost optimization
- Stabilire standard di data modeling (Medallion, Data Vault 2.0, Data Contracts) e governance dati
- Collaborare con clienti e responsabili aziendali per tradurre requisiti in infrastrutture scalabili per AI-native
- Promuovere DataOps, CI/CD per dati e Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Guidare e mentorship tecnica, definire best practice di sviluppo e stimolare l'innovazione della practice
Requisiti fondamentali
- Oltre 6 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Data Engineering, Data Platform Architecture o Big Data Solutions Engineering in contesti enterprise o consulenza
- Progettazione di piattaforme dati enterprise su larga scala per gestione Petabyte
- Eccellente padronanza di Cloud Native (Azure, AWS, GCP), Apache Spark/Databricks e motori di orchestrazione
- Solida competenza in modellazione dati (Star Schema, Data Vault, Data Mesh, Data Contracts) e trasformazione (dbt core/Cloud)
- Conoscenza approfondita di DataOps, performance di Data Warehouse/Lakehouse e sicurezza dei dati
- Ottime doti di comunicazione, leadership tecnica, problem solving e negoziazione con gli stakeholder
