Product & Application Engineer – Rope Technology
Per una realtà strutturata e internazionale attiva nella tecnologia delle funi metalliche, ricerchiamo un/una Product & Application Engineer – Rope Technology da inserire nell’area R&D – Rope Technology.
La figura, a riporto del Team Lead, avrà un ruolo centrale nella definizione tecnica del prodotto, nella governance della documentazione e nel supporto tecnico trasversale a Qualità, Acquisti, Produzione e Sales.
Responsabilità principali
- Garantire la corretta traduzione delle caratteristiche prodotto in schede tecniche e specifiche di qualità.
- Valutare la fattibilità tecnica di richieste e ordini, assicurando coerenza con standard e capability produttive.
- Assicurare l’aderenza alle procedure di Product Liability e la loro corretta applicazione nel team.
- Definire, aggiornare e mantenere design, schede prodotto e dati tecnici nei database aziendali.
- Guidare il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti esistenti in base a requisiti cliente e benchmark competitivi; valutare gli impatti sulle tecnologie produttive e collaborare con Industrial Engineering per un’operatività fluida.
- Implementare azioni correttive/strutturali su non conformità interne e reclami esterni che richiedano modifiche di prodotto.
- Supportare Quality e Purchasing con competenze tecniche sulle funi metalliche, incluse analisi su materia prima e gestione reclami verso fornitori.
- Consulenza tecnica al Sales nella preparazione di raccomandazioni generali sulle funi e, se richiesto, supporto diretto ai clienti anche tramite visite in sito.
- Contribuire a documentazione commerciale, schede prodotto e materiali promozionali.
- Gestire e coordinare i progetti assegnati, con predisposizione documentale, pianificazione e monitoraggio costi.
Requisiti
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica o equivalente.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ufficio tecnico o in ruolo analogo su prodotto/processo.
- Inglese fluente (parlato e scritto).
- Ottime capacità numeriche; MS Office avanzato.
- Esperienza con 3D CAD; conoscenza di SAP considerata un plus.

- Pensiero analitico e metodo di lavoro strutturato.
- Affidabilità e solida auto-organizzazione.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team interculturali.
- Disponibilità a trasferte: sedi del gruppo ~2 giorni/mese; clienti ~15 giorni/anno.
