Chief Officer - 70m+ - Charter M.Y

Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Rotational Chief Officer for a 70m+ Charter Motor Yacht

Start Date: 15 November

Salary: DOE

Leave: 10:10 Rotation

Accommodation: Shared Cabin

Qualifications:

• Chief Mate 3000 CoC

• Valid STCW

• Valid ENG1

• Schengen visa (where applicable)

• Valid B1/B2 visa

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Chief Officer on a similar-sized yacht

• Extensive charter experience is essential

• Strong knowledge of yacht SMS and ISM procedures

• Professional, polished and guest-focused

• Clean-cut appearance with no visible tattoos

• Fit, active and dynamic

• Confident leading the deck team and working closely with owners and guests, including children

• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills

Other:

• Busy charter programme in the Mediterranean, followed by the Caribbean for the winter season

• Joining in Capri, Italy

• The yacht is open to considering temporary Chief Officers available to join at short notice even though the job is a permanent one.
