Responsibilities Develop relationships with OEMs (automation machine manufacturers) in Italy and end users in the Middle East and Africa.
Travel within Italy, Africa, and the Middle East, with an expectation of spending roughly 30% of your time away from home.
Develop business with new customers (20%) and new projects with existing customers (80%).
Sell to Project Engineer, Director, Procurement Manager, Operations Manager, Engineering Manager, and Engineer levels.
Secure specifications on new and existing projects, with a typical sales cycle of 6 months to 2 years.
Understand customer project challenges and provide guidance and input on recommended solutions. Rewards & Benefits Basic salary €50 000 – €65 000
On‑target bonus 25 % (capped at 40 % based on achieving 160 % of target)
