Senior Risk Engineer - Property - Risk Engineering & Loss Prevention

Overview

In this role you perform risk assessments and on-site risk engineering surveys for the Property line, supporting both domestic and multinational clients. You will prepare and review reports with findings and mitigation recommendations to enhance risk quality and underwriting profitability. You contribute to the global strategy and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive resilience for Italy's leading companies. The work blends technical risk expertise with cross‐functional teamwork in an international context.

Responsabilità

• Conduct on-site risk engineering surveys and desk reviews for the Property Line of Business for domestic and multinational clients
• Prepare and review risk engineering reports with assessment findings and mitigation recommendations
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the risk management journey
• Support implementation of the global strategy and contribute to portfolio quality targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and travel as required to support risk assessment activities

Requisiti fondamentali

• University degree in Engineering
• At least 7 years of experience as a Property Risk Engineer within multinational organizations
• Proven knowledge of key NFPA fire protection
• Experience in reviewing and evaluating fire protection system projects
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Analytical mindset, good communication and planning skills
• Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently
