Your role:

As an Inside Sales Specialist , you will be part of the Digital Industries Sales organization, contributing to the growth of our business through digital customer engagement and technology-enabled sales approaches.

Based in Milan with responsibility for Qatar & Egypt you will work closely with B2B customers, helping them identify innovative and sustainable automation and digitalization solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience through digital sales channels.

Your day-to-day activities will include customer engagement, business development, partner network expansion, opportunity generation, and collaboration with product experts, back-office teams, and sales management to achieve business growth objectives.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Driving sales growth through proactive virtual engagement with existing and prospective customers across your assigned perimeter.

• Providing consultancy on Siemens products, systems, solutions, and services using a technology-enabled selling approach.

• Developing new customer relationships and identifying relevant decision-makers and partners within target markets.

• Analyzing market trends and opportunities through digital communication and sales tools.

• Collaborating with product experts, back-office teams, and sales management to prepare compelling commercial proposals.

• Promoting Siemens' industrial automation and digitalization portfolio, including solutions such as PLCs, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge, and related technologies.

• Contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term business success through consultative selling and relationship building.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles.

• Passion for industrial automation, digitalization, and technology-driven solutions.

• Strong virtual selling skills and confidence in using digital communication channels.

• Ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions and business opportunities.

• Proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented mindset.

• Eligibility to work in Italy.

Language Requirements:

For Qatar & Egypt perimeter

• Fluent English.

• Fluent Arabic.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in industrial automation and digital industries environments.

• Knowledge of Siemens automation technologies such as PLCs, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge, or similar solutions.

• Experience working with digital sales platforms, CRM tools, and virtual customer engagement methodologies.

• International and multicultural business exposure.

• Strong networking and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

The Total Target Cash (Base + Variable) Pay Range for this position is €48000–€60000 annually. The actual offer will be determined within this range, based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
