SAN CLEMENTE PALACE VENICE invites applications for a Front Office Agent to join our Front Office team in Venice. The role focuses on warmly checking in and checking out guests, upholding Kempinski and Leading Quality Assurance standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of customer service experience, Italian and English language skills, and familiarity with front desk operations and hotel systems such as Opera.
