In this  Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will :

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
• Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
• Manage and support process improvement projects
• Implement and monitor KPIs
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
• Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;

· At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.

· Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;

· Good knowledge of the English;

· Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;

· Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;

· Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
