Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It:

As our B2B Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial team by ensuring that rates, contracts, and customer data are accurately managed and processed. You will gain hands-on experience in the commercial side of the hospitality industry, learning how business partnerships are developed and maintained.

From loading and updating contracted rates in our systems to processing agreements and supporting the administration of key accounts, you will help ensure smooth and efficient operations. By staying organised and detail-oriented, you will contribute to delivering an excellent experience for our partners and internal stakeholders alike. You will maintain clear communication with the sales team and work collaboratively across departments to support commercial objectives.

You will join our team for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026, gaining valuable insight into B2B sales operations and commercial administration within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Who You Are

• Currently studying a relevant bachelors in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Comfortable in an ambitious and informal work environment
• Flexible and detail oriented

What You ll Do

Support the B2B Sales team with the administration and management of partner agreements and commercial accounts by:

• Requesting loading and updating contracted rates in internal systems
• Ensuring the accuracy of rate, account, and commercial data across platforms
• Conducting visibility checks across all Italian locations to ensure rates, availability, and content are correctly displayed
• Supporting account management activities and responding to partner requests
• Assisting with reporting, database management, and sales administration tasks
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure the smooth implementation of commercial agreements
• Additionally, you may provide support with commercial projects and tasks based on location(s) needs, including:
  • Market Analysis
  • Business Development
  • Site visits coordination
  • Contracts administration
  • Event Management
