Technical Sales Manager – Renewable Energy - Central & Southern Italy

Overview:

With a dynamic international team and ambitious growth plans across Europe, they’re now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to spearhead expansion across Central and Southern Italy.

Your Mission:

As a key player in the commercial team, you’ll take ownership of developing the regional market, combining your technical expertise with commercial drive to build lasting partnerships and grow revenue.

You will:

  • Build and manage your own pipeline of customers and partners through proactive outreach
  • Present and demonstrate innovative solar and storage solutions to installers, distributors, and partners
  • Deliver technical training and product presentations
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including PV system sizing and solution design
  • Act as a trusted advisor, solving technical challenges and strengthening customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales Management and provide regular performance updates

What You Bring:

  • A background in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or similar)
  • Previous experience in a technical sales position
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage clients independently
  • Confidence in delivering technical presentations and training
  • Willingness to travel across the Central and Southern regions for customer visits

  • Existing network in the solar or electrical sector
