ppAs a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pJoin Cavotec and help shape the future of sustainable industry. /p pAt Cavotec, we develop innovative electrification and automation technologies that make ports and industrial operations safer, cleaner, and more efficient. /p pWith over 50 years of engineering excellence and a global presence, we are driving the energy transition by delivering solutions that support decarbonisation and operational efficiency for customers worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain expert level of assigned products’ knowledge and application. /li liProvide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products’ concepts for further development by engineering. /li liProvide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality. /li liAct as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers, with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed. /li liAssist in resolving design related non conformities, ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE. /li liIdentify and propose solutions to escalated any technical or project related risks. /li liAchieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards. /li liTroubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences. /li liCooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions. /li liSupport the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts. /li liSupport the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job. /li liSupport Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis. /li liReview and validate the assigned products’ documentation including OM manuals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libElectrical Engineering degree /b or equivalent background required. /li liExperience in negotiating international warranty contracts. /li liWorked in a multicultural environment. /li liStrong interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pNear Milan (Italy) or near Bergen (Norway) or near Helsinki (Finland) /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liAnnual Salary: €45,000 - 55,000, depending on experience and qualifications. /li liPermanent employment within a well-established and highly innovative multinational company. /li liCCNL Metalmeccanico, including welfare benefits, supplementary healthcare, and pension fund. /li liUp to 10 paid hours per year to attend medical appointments for yourself and your minor children. /li liProfessional development and continuous learning opportunities. /li liFlexible working hours and smart working policy. /li liCompany canteen and company free parking. /li liEmployee wellbeing initiatives and a collaborative working environment. /li /ul h3Our Commitment /h3 pAt Cavotec, we believe that innovation starts with people.
