Supported by the Development Manager, this role is pivotal in driving new collection development, from ideation to the 'GO STYLE' phase, by effectively balancing design aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost efficiency, quality standards, and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Style and Marketing teams and animate all the industrial stakeholders ensuring timely execution of mock-ups and prototypes in adherence to Maison quality standards and industrial strategies. /p h3Job ResponsabilitiesKey Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage designer requests for new collection development, aligning with Marketing briefs /li liSourcing specific materials, technics or suppliers upon the project brief /li liMonitor mock-ups and prototypes arrival for collection meetings and conduct weekly development follow-ups /li liSupplier follow-up /li liCreation of development and research-related orders /li liOverseeing special order samples: orders, deliveries, and dispatch /li liResponsible for planning the creative brief all the way through to the GO STYLE phase /li liDevelop the re-use/circular creativity approach /li liDesign to Cost approach /li liSensible to reglementary topics /li /ul h3ProfileProfile: /h3 pDegree in Industrial Design, Engineering or similar;5/7 years of experience in product development roles for Accessoires (metal, leather, multiple materials, etc.);Hight interest in products, ideally in leather goods and a good understanding of the luxury market.Knowledge of leather goods development/design would be a plusGood knowledge of the Office suite and PLM.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus.Travel: Frequent weekly travel within Italy and France is required.Leadership Competences:Dynamism and proactivity are essential personal characteristicsMotivation PassionFlexibilityAbility to work in a teamAbility to influence organizations, with an entrepreneurial spirit.Excellent communication skills in environments with diverse stakeholders and good adaptability. /p h3Additional Information: /h3 pAdditional InformationFor this position employment is expected at Level 5 of the Occhialeria CCNL.
