Responsabilità principali
- Interagire con i clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e messaggistica live, mantenendo un tono cortese e professionale.
- Diagnosticare i problemi, individuare le cause radice e fornire soluzioni personalizzate.
- Documentare tutti i dettagli dei casi, aggiornamenti e passaggi di risoluzione nel CRM aziendale.
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi operativi chiave, inclusi CSAT, first contact resolution e average handle time.
- Partecipare a programmi di formazione continua per rimanere aggiornato su piattaforme, linee guida e best practice.
Requisiti
- Italiano fluente (livello C1/C2) e almeno inglese B2 per l'uso del software e la comunicazione interna.
- Disponibilità a turni rotanti 24/7, con turni giornalieri di 8 ore.
- Presenza full-time in sede a lisbona.
- Idoneità legale a lavorare in portogallo (cittadinanza UE/EEA o permesso di lavoro).
- Eccellenti capacità di ascolto attivo, comunicazione e gestione dello stress.
Compenso e benefit
- Contratto locale o di trasferimento, con retribuzione mensile lorda di 1 262,33 € (opzione a) o 1 059,00 € con alloggio aziendale (opzione b).
- Alloggio privato in appartamento condiviso (opzione b).
- Rimborso volo di andata e pick-up aeroportuale dopo il periodo di prova.
- Assicurazione sanitaria privata dopo 6 mesi, supporto salute mentale.
- Formazione pagata, percorsi di carriera strutturati, eventi sociali e sportivi.
- Modalità di lavoro in sede a lisbona, con presenza quotidiana.
