Imagine your job:

As a Junior HPC Supercomputing Hardware Architectures , you will join the Global Natural Resources Department. In particular, in the Exploration function , your team follows the development and management of Eni's HPC architectures.

Main activities:

 

• Test the identified hardware technologies and architectures against Eni's proprietary and commercial specialist software portfolio
• Collaborate with interested internal and external partners for the implementation and start-up of new infrastructure
• Constantly monitors the evolution of the HPC market and technologies, including through specific research projects and by interacting with industry providers, participating in events and consortia dedicated to the topic of supercomputing.
• Collaborate with colleagues on the HPC team dedicated to the development of proprietary software that will use the hardware architectures selected from time to time
• Provide first-level support to users of Eni's HPC systems
• Operate in support of the management of Eni's HPC systems.

Required characteristics:

 

 

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical and scientific disciplines
• Professional experience less than 3 years
• Knowledge of the English language
• Availability for national and international mobility.

• We offer a starting gross annual salary of between 42,000 and 46,000 euros
• In the case of a professional apprenticeship contract, the percentage of remuneration provided for by the CCNL will be applied
