About the Role

We are seeking a Spare Parts Specialist to manage spare parts operations, ensuring efficient order processing, stock availability, and timely support to our dealer and service network. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organisational skills, with previous experience in the automotive aftersales or spare parts sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts orders, overseeing the entire process from order receipt through to fulfilment.

• Monitor spare parts availability and manage any supply-related issues or shortages.

• Provide daily operational support to the service network and dealerships on spare parts, orders, and logistics-related matters.

• Collaborate with the Aftersales, Service, and China Logistics departments to ensure high service levels.

• Prepare and update periodic reports on sales, stock levels, backorders, and performance KPIs.

• Analyse data and monitor performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Maintain and update spare parts databases and related information systems.

• Support inventory planning activities and stock optimisation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts and/or aftersales.

• Good understanding of spare parts management processes and service network operations.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus.
