The role leads the Digital Applications Product team and drives the evolution of solutions supporting Clienteling, Retail Operations, Omnichannel Services, Event Management, Repair, MTM/MTO and future retail innovation initiatives across all brands and regions. Acting as a strategic partner to Business, Digital and IT leadership, the role ensures that product investments deliver measurable business value, operational efficiency and a consistent omnichannel customer experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and own the Digital Applications strategy and multi-year roadmap. /li liEstablish product vision, priorities, governance and investment decisions across the portfolio. /li liEnsure alignment between Digital initiatives, business objectives and brand strategy. /li liIdentify opportunities for innovation, scalability and process transformation. /li liOversee the Digital Applications ecosystem and product lifecycle management. /li liPrioritize initiatives based on business value, strategic relevance and resource capacity. /li liManage dependencies across Digital, IT and business functions. /li liEnsure consistency across all retail digital products and customer journeys. /li liLead, coach and develop Product Owners and Product Specialists. /li liDefine team objectives and performance expectations. /li liFoster product management best practices and continuous improvement. /li liPartner with senior stakeholders across Retail, CRM and Client Development, Operations, Marketing and IT. /li liFacilitate strategic alignment and decision-making. /li liRepresent the Digital Applications domain within global transformation programs. /li liDefine and monitor product KPIs and business outcomes. /li liManage product budgets, resource allocation and investment priorities. /li liDrive adoption, operational efficiency and business value realization. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 8 years of experience in retail/ clienteling/ digital product management. /li liStrong understanding of clienteling workflows and user experiences in luxury industry. /li liSolid background, with digital App: design and backend integration patterns. /li liStrong analytical mindset with experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira). /li liKnowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe, etc.). /li liVery good usage of AGILE and Waterfall operating model and project management and familiarity with SCRUM, Agile or Design Sprint methodologies. /li liStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. /li liAbility to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members and stakeholders. /li liAbility to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams. /li liEnglish B2 or above, both written and spoken. /li /ul pRAL €55.000 - €60.000 /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
