English – good oral and written skills. /ppScope of the role /ppPrepare the mise en place and handle food preparation and assist with food presentation as part of the kitchen brigade. /ppOverall Responsabilities /pulliKitchen equipment is prepared for use. /liliCommunication is polite and displays courtesy to guests and internal customers. /liliFamiliarity with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures is displayed and equipment is operated safely and sensibly. /liliHACCP is implemented and practiced. /liliPrepare kitchen equipment for use. /liliAssemble and prepare ingredients for menu items. /liliPrepare simple food items. /liliPrepare food for service. /liliAssist with checking, receiving and storing of goods. /liliMaintain storage areas. /liliClean kitchen and equipment. /liliHandle waste and linen. /liliMaintain a hygienic kitchen and high standards of personal hygiene. /liliAttend all briefings. /liliParticipate in training. /li /ulpAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
