Who We Are

In Settimo Torinese, Italy, is active one of the main production centers of L’Oréal Group in the world. The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, and minimal impact on the environment. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a pragmatic and proactive Manufacturing Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Settimo Torinese. In this role, you will be the bridge between industrial dynamics and production processes, ensuring the success of new product launches (Make-up and Haircare) and managing transversal projects within an automated and fast-paced industrial ecosystem.

Mission & Main Responsibilities

• Launch & Development: Support the industrialization of new products, collaborating with the team and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance & Renewal: Follow the renewal of components and formulas to ensure all products in the catalogue comply with the latest regulations.
• Substitution Management: Support the management of component substitutions in alignment with production planning.
• Decoration Flow: Assist in the management and optimization of the decoration process flow.
• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting to monitor performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent in English; basic knowledge of French is a plus.
• Passion for Operations: A strong interest in the world of Manufacturing and Industrial Supply Chain.
