Regional Field Manager (THV) Southern Italy

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Regional Field Manager for its Transcatheter Heart Valve business in southern Italy. The role involves leading and coaching territory managers and field clinical specialists, driving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and supporting therapy development across the region. Candidates need 8+ years of progressive sales experience, 5+ years in people management, extensive medical device expertise, and fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and motivate territory managers and field clinical specialists to achieve regional sales targets
• Drive therapy growth and market penetration across assigned territories in accordance with clinical guidelines
• Support field team in complex sales situations and develop short- and long-term territory planning strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, marketing, legal, and other departments on strategy execution
• Lead local marketing activities to reinforce company leadership and support appropriate therapy adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years progressive sales experience with proven growth track record
• At least 5 years sales and people management experience leading high-performing teams
• Extensive medical devices industry experience required
• Fluency in Italian and professional English
• Knowledge of interventional cardiology therapy and market preferred
